The short version. If you send us an enquiry, we use your details only to reply and help with what you asked about. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to stop contacting you or delete your details any time — email harry@sigillateindustries.com. Yardlantern is a practical admin/efficiency service — not legal, tax or financial advice.

1. Who we are

Yardlantern is a brand of Sigillate Industries by Harry Michael Thomas Connor, an Australian sole trader (ABN 59 812 909 356). In this notice, "we", "us" and "our" mean Sigillate Industries. 2. What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form we collect what you give us — your name and business name, your email address (and phone number if you provide one), and what you tell us about how your quotes, follow-ups and scheduling run. We don't ask for sensitive information or customer records, and no payment is taken on this site.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and deliver the free Spot-Check or Snapshot you asked for;
To send related follow-up about your request;
To send occasional updates only if you've agreed — unsubscribe any time;
To keep our own records and improve how we work.

We only use your details for the purpose you gave them.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed with trusted providers who help us run the service (for example, our email, form-capture and scheduling tools), and only so they can perform that task for us. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Storage, security & retention

Your details are stored using reputable tools and protected with reasonable measures. Some providers may store data outside Australia; where that happens we take reasonable steps to keep it handled consistently with Australian privacy standards. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you and meet record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them — sooner if you ask.

6. Your choices & rights

Access & correction: ask what we hold and ask us to correct it;
Unsubscribe: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or email us to opt out;
Deletion: ask us to delete your details;
Complaints: contact us first; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

7. Cookies

This site uses only what's needed to function. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies to profile you.

8. Terms of service

What Yardlantern is (and isn't)

Yardlantern is an information and efficiency service — we review how your quotes, follow-ups and scheduling run and suggest practical ways to tighten them. It is not legal, tax, financial, HR, safety or other regulated advice, and we don't guarantee any particular outcome, saving or result. You remain responsible for your own decisions and obligations.

What you get

Free Spot-Check — we name one real admin leak, free, no obligation.
$99 Admin Leak Finder Snapshot — 3 leaks, 3 fixes, 1 ready-to-use asset, back within a 48-hour target (a target, not a guarantee), with one free revision within 7 days.
Done-with-you setup — scoped on a quick call; the $99 Snapshot comes off the setup. Ongoing monthly support is available and has no lock-in.

Payment & GST

No payment is taken on this website. Once we confirm the details you can pay by card or bank transfer. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

If it's not right (fix-first)

If a Snapshot doesn't fit your business, tell us within 7 days and we'll re-cut it — one free revision. Our approach is to fix it rather than offer a cash refund. If we haven't started work yet, or we don't deliver within the agreed timeframe, you can have a refund. Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.

No guarantees of outcome

We give practical suggestions in good faith. We don't guarantee particular results such as more leads, rankings or revenue — those depend on your business and how you apply the suggestions.

Liability & governing law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the service is limited to re-performing it or refunding the amount you paid — this does not limit your Australian Consumer Law rights. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

We may update this notice from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
